We want to provide you with information about various services from hospital to community services, through education, work, supported living, supporting benefits, social activities, support groups and much more.
We understand that children move to adult services at different times. Our aim is to give you as much information as possible to make this transition period as simple as possible.
We have asked various charities, parents and carers what they want to see and in what format. We hope you are happy with this website and the information provided so far.
